Wichita church plans toy giveaway on Saturday

The Source Church in Wichita will host an event providing free toys to families on Saturday.

Toy Giveaway 2015 will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Abode Venue, 1330 E. Douglas, according to a news release from the church.

Gifts will be available for boys and girls up to 12 years old. Parents can choose toys for their children and have them wrapped on site.

In addition to toys, there will be snacks and drinks at Saturday’s event. Children can make crafts, watch Christmas-themed movies and hear the Christmas story.

Families are encouraged to preregister for the event at www.ToyGiveawayICT.com.

The Source Church is accepting new and like-new toys, as well as cash donations online. To contribute online, go to ToyGiveawayICT.com.
