Foul play is not suspected after a man’s body was found at McAdams Park on Thursday evening, police said.

Wichita police Sgt. Chad Cooper said police were called to the park shortly after 5:30 p.m. Thursday after someone reported finding the body.

Witnesses have said the man, who was in his late 60s, was homeless and was camping out in the park, across the street from the tennis courts.

The temperature in Wichita on Thursday evening was around 45 degrees.
