Native plants to be for sale at Hesston arboretum
Native and adaptable plants will be for sale starting Thursday at Dyck Arboretum of the Plains in Hesston.
The FloraKansas native plant sale is held in the spring and in the fall and features perennials, vines, shrubs and trees, as well as help in picking out plants for particular landscape situations. Admission is free.
The first day, from 1 to 7 p.m. Thursday, is for members only; the sale will be open to non-members from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.
