Man who died in Sedgwick County house fire has been identified

Randall Ketzner, the 48-year-old owner of Randy Ketzner Construction, has been identified as the person whose body was found Friday morning in a rural Sedgwick County house fire, Sedgwick County officials confirmed Monday.

Ketzner was found dead shortly after 8:30 a.m. Friday in the basement of a house in the 5100 block of North Ridge Road.

Officials estimate $160,000 property loss; the cause is undetermined.
