Motorcyclist killed in collision with vehicle in south Wichita

One person died when a motorcycle and a vehicle crashed into each other in south Wichita on Wednesday afternoon.

The crash was reported just after 5 p.m. Wednesday near South Seneca and West 29th, according to emergency communications scanner traffic.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at 5:05 p.m., according to scanner traffic. The motorcyclist’s name, age and hometown were not immediately available.

Two other people were assessed by EMS and declined medical care, according to scanner traffic.
