Wichita woman wins biggest jackpot in Kansas Star Casino’s history. Here’s how much
A Wichita woman won big at the Kansas Star Casino, in what the business is calling its biggest payout to date.
On Saturday Feb. 22, a woman named Seng placed a $5 side bet on a progressive jackpot during a game of Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em at the casino.
This bet won her the jackpot of $348,247, casino spokesperson Sonya Jackson said in an email.
For privacy reasons, the casino would only provide her first name. This marks the casino’s biggest payout to date in its history, Jackson added.
The Kansas Star Casino operated in a temporary facility in December 2011, and moved to its permanent location in Mulvane in December 2012.
