A lack of cooperation is hindering police as investigators look into a drive-by shooting that occurred early Monday morning.
The incident was reported at 2:45 a.m. Monday in the 2800 block of North Holyoke, police Lt. James Espinoza said. That’s northeast of 25th and Hillside.
According to a police document on the incident, 10 shots were fired from two different guns at a house. Several bullets struck the house, but none of the six people inside were injured.
Someone reported seeing four suspects in the vehicle.
“The people are very, very uncooperative,” Espinoza said of those inside the house. “We do believe there is some possible gang activity at this location as well.”
Those in the house included a 57-year-old woman, a 33-year-old woman, two 17-year-old boys, a 16-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl.
