National public safety consultant Jensen Hughes presented on Monday to the Sedgwick County Commission and Wichita City Council its findings on an apartment fire where Paoly Bedeski was killed.

Questions were raised about the county’s 911 and Wichita Fire Department response to the Oct. 13, 2023, fire.
