Planters’ Nutmobile visits Wichita this weekend

Oscar Mayer isn’t the only Kraft brand with a vehicle in the shape of one of its products. Planters’ Nutmobile — in the shape of a peanut — is in Wichita this weekend, at four Walmart stores.

Visitors also can meet Mr. Peanut, complete with top hat, monocle and cane, and have their picture taken with him, as well as sample a new flavor of Planters peanuts, salted caramel.

Here’s the schedule: noon to 5 p.m. Friday, 501 E. Pawnee; noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, 10600 W. 21st St.; 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, 3030 N. Rock Road; and 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, 11411 E. Kellogg Drive.
