A 60-year-old Wichita man riding a motorcycle was taken to the hospital on Friday night with suspected serious injuries after hitting the back of another vehicle on I-135 in Park City, a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper said.

Around 5:38 p.m., the man was riding a 2002 Harley Davidson north on I-135 when he hit the back of another vehicle as that driver slowed down for traffic, the trooper wrote in a crash report. The Missouri woman driving that vehicle was not injured, the trooper wrote, adding that a juvenile was also in the vehicle. It’s unclear if the juvenile was injured.

The vehicle was reported as a 2022 Ford.

The wreck happened just south of 77th Street North. The man was taken by EMS to Ascension Via Christi St. Francis.
