Man crossing Kellogg hit by vehicle and critically injured in west Wichita: official
A man crossing Kellogg in west Wichita was critically injured Thursday morning when he was hit by a vehicle, according to a Sedgwick County Emergency Communications supervisor.
The accident was reported at 6:53 a.m. in the 6800 block of West Kellogg — it happened on the exit ramp to Eisenhower Airport Parkway. A 911 caller said they hit someone, who was believed to be a roughly 25-year-old man. He was unconscious but breathing, according to Sedgwick County 911 scanner traffic.
EMS took the man to the hospital. He was critically injured.
