Groundbreaking announced for River Vista

Developers for the River Vista project at First and McLean will hold a groundbreaking ceremony at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

The event will take place on the site, along the west riverbank, according to Amy Liebau, River Vista spokesperson.

The $38.5 million project will include more than 300 apartments along the river, along with bike and boat rentals.

Project developers include George Laham, Dave Wells of Key Construction and developer Dave Burk.
