Child dies at McConnell Air Force Base; cause of death under investigation, official says
A child died on Sept. 21 at McConnell Air Force Base, officials said Wednesday.
“Attempts to revive the child by first responders were unsuccessful,” spokesperson John Van Winkle said in a news release.
“The cause of death is under investigation by the Air Force Office of Special Investigations” and is pending the results of a medical examiner, the news release said.
“No further investigative details can be released at this time,” Van Winkle said.
