Here’s how you can honor fallen Sedgwick County deputy — and offer support to her family
Donations are still being accepted for the family of Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office deputy Sidnee Carter, who died in the line of duty earlier this month.
The Honore Adversis Foundation is selling “End of Watch” metal and silicone wristbands. The $15 metal wristband is engraved with Carter’s name, ID number and agency. The silicone bracelet is available with the same lettering for $5.
Both wristbands can be purchased at the Sedgwick County sheriff squad room at 1015 W. Stillwell from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
“In Memory of Deputy Sidnee Carter” T-shirts are available for order until Nov. 5. To order a shirt, click here. Shirts will be mailed for an additional fee or may be picked up at the U.S. Logo at 520 N. West St. when they are ready.
Donations can be made on the Honore Adversis Foundation website. Donations should be noted for “SGCO SO Deputy Sidnee Carter.” Checks can be mailed directly to the Honore Adversis Foundation at 477 N. Seneca. Those sending checks are asked to write “Deputy Sidnee Carter” in the memo line of the check.
Proceeds from the wristbands and shirts will go to Carter’s family.
