The accident was reported around 11:09 a.m. just west of the intersection of MacArthur and south Ridge Road, near Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport.

A man in his early 30s was driving a Chevy Cruze when it crossed the center line on MacArthur and struck a Ford F-150 pickup head-on, Sgt. John Rolston with the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office said. The man died at the scene; his identity has not yet been released.
