Wichita man killed in head-on collision with cement truck in Kingman County
A 43-year-old Wichita man died in a head-on collision with a cement truck Tuesday morning on K-42 in Kingman County, a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper reported.
Oliver T. Wilson was taken from the scene to the Sedgwick County Regional Forensic Science Center.
According to the KHP crash log, Wilson was driving a Nissan Altima east on K-42 when he crossed the center line in a no-passing zone and hit a cement truck head-on. The 42-year-old Colwich man driving the cement truck was not injured. The accident happened around 10:35 a.m.
