Wichita has been a test market for Dave Isay’s One Small Step, and it’s a place where he plans to make a longer commitment, too.
“We’re probably staying for at least three years in Wichita to try and make this thing stick,” Isay said.
People interested in participating have to fill out lengthy questionnaires about their backgrounds and beliefs. They are then paired with someone who they most likely don’t know for a recorded conversation.
