Looking for ideas on how to spend our first fall-like weekend? Here are 10 things happening in the Wichita area.

The Kansas State Fair, 8 a.m. to the last event starting at 8 p.m. Saturday (showing of “Frozen”), 7:30 a.m. to last events starting at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson; $10 for adults, $6 for seniors, $4 for children 6 and up, free for ages 5 and under.
