Woman dies after wreck on Kansas Turnpike late Monday
A 43-year-old Lawrence woman was killed in a one-vehicle wreck on the Kansas Turnpike just before 10 p.m. Monday.
An accident report says Andrea Lea O’Connor was near the Lecompton interchange when her Jeep left the road and she hit a bridge pillar.
No one else was in the vehicle.
All lanes reopened about three hours after the wreck.
