Inmate found dead in Cowley County Jail
An inmate was found dead in the Cowley County Jail in Winfield Wednesday night, authorities said.
Jesse Crable, 33, of Winfield was discovered unresponsive shortly after 7 p.m., Cowley County Sheriff David Falletti said in a statement released late Wednesday night. An autopsy will be conducted on Thursday.
More information will be released upon completion of the autopsy, Falletti said.
