Wichita police plans special ceremony for teen with cancer
The Wichita Police Department is hosting a special swearing-in ceremony for a 19-year-old who has been battling bone cancer since 2012.
Caleb E. Moraine’s dream job is to serve as a police officer, according to a Facebook post by the Wichita Police Department.
The special ceremony for Moraine is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at Evergreen Recreation Center, 2700 N. Woodland.
