Wichita man dies after rollover crash on I-235
A 20-year-old Wichita man has died after a rollover crash on I-235 in Wichita on Thursday.
Garrett Lounsbury was a passenger in a northbound car on I-235. Just before 7 a.m., the car left the road, hit a guardrail, went back across the highway, hit a bridge, went back to the left, hit a median and rolled, according to a report from the Kansas Highway Patrol.
The 33-year-old driver was injured and taken to the hospital.
Lounsbury died overnight, the report says.
