Traffic lights out for construction at Kellogg and Greenwich
Traffic lights at the intersection of Kellogg and Greenwich will either be out or blinking red beginning around 9 a.m. Monday due to nearby construction.
Wichita police said officers will be there to assist with traffic control. After about 20 minutes, the lights will blink red for about an hour, Officer Charley Davidson said.
Officers will continue to monitor traffic, but ask that drivers avoid the area.
