The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 112 is hosting a rummage sale at the post from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 8-9.

The post is at 1560 S. Topeka in Wichita.

According to Dan Fryman, the post commander, the sale includes gently used items such as a barbecue grill, dishes, an electric organ, a bingo machine, “and tons and tons of other items … a lot of it is new.”

People who would like to participate in the sale can drop off items at the post. The proceeds will go toward helping veterans in need within the Wichita community.

For more information, contact Fryman at 925-864-4959 or email him at dwfsr68@att.net.

The sale will be held in the post’s parking lot. In case of inclement weather, it will be moved inside the post.

In addition, there will be hot dogs and soda for sale.
