Men: Take more pictures of your wife

Take that cute, candid photo of your wife when she’s not expecting it, men.

She may frown at you now, but you and your children will be grateful for it later.

That’s the message from Cyndy Gatewood, a blogger in Charlotte, N.C.

“Do her a favor and take more pictures,” she wrote in a blog post published earlier this month.

No selfies. No posing. No warning.

Yes, she may fuss about not looking nice or her hair being a mess, but do it anyway. When she’s doing something that she loves — or that you love, like reading to the kids — snap a quick photo with your phone.

Time stands still for no one, Gatewood writes, and one day those photos of everyday life will be precious for you and your children and your children’s children.

So take that photo.
