Cars in the Park event Saturday at Naftzger park

Classic cars will be on display from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Naftzger Memorial Park, 102 S. St. Francis.

There will also be a giant Connect Four game, sidewalk chalk art, games from Barry’s Mobile Recreation Station, music and food trucks at the free event hosted by Wichita Park and Recreation. The cars will be provided by Significant Other Car Club.

“We’re just leveraging all this together so everyone can have a good time downtown,” said Troy Houtman, director of Park and Recreation.
