One injured in overnight shooting
A person was injured in a shooting in southeast Wichita at around midnight Thursday.
An emergency call reporting shots fired came in at 12:02 a.m. Friday, according to a Sedgwick County dispatcher.
It happened in the 2600 block of East Wilma, near Harry and George Washington Boulevard.
The dispatcher said the person was transferred to Wesley Medical Center in critical condition.
