Haysville woman identified as victim in fatal crash

Authorities have released the name of the Haysville woman who was killed in a traffic collision Monday afternoon.

Tiffany Kyle, 39, died in the collision that occurred just after 4 p.m. at 55th Street South and K-15, Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Lt. Lin Dehning said in a statement.

Kyle was driving west on 55th Street South when she ran the stop sign next to K-15, Dehning said. Her blue 2004 Pontiac Vibe collided with a red 2011 Ford Fusion heading north on K-15.

Kyle died at the scene. The driver of the Fusion, David Fleming, was taken to Wesley Medical Center for treatment.

Fleming, 70, of Derby was in critical condition Tuesday evening at Wesley, a hospital spokeswoman said.
