Free HIV tests offered by county Wednesday, Thursday
Sedgwick County will provide free HIV testing at its West Central health clinic on Wednesday and Thursday.
The service coincides with World AIDS Day, which is Thursday.
The testing will be free from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday at 2716 W. Central.
“Testing is important not only for HIV but for all sexually transmitted infections,” according to a news release.
Call 316-660-7300 for an appointment. Walk-in clients also will be accepted.
