Flu shots available beginning Sept. 19 at county health department

The Sedgwick County Health Department will offer flu shots at its clinic at 2716 W. Central beginning Sept. 19.

Residents can get shots during normal clinic hours – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, noon to 6:30 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.

Starting Dec. 1, the clinic will close at 4:30 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
