The Midwest is a pretty good place “for young adults to get rich,” according to a report from Money Under 30, a company that develops financial advice-related articles and makes money from affiliate partnerships.

Money Under 30 ranked the top 10 cities in the U.S. that have affordable housing with above-average salaries for young professionals.

Six Midwest cities made the cut, but Wichita was nowhere to be seen.

The rank factored median income with a bachelor’s degree or higher, the percentage of young people making more than $35,000 per year, the median rent and the unemployment rate for people with a bachelor’s or higher.

Here’s the list:

1. South Bend, Ind.

2. Springfield, Ill.

3. Shreveport, La.

4. Des Moines, Iowa

5. Cedar Rapids, Iowa

6. Harrisburg, Pa.

7. Ogden-Layton, Utah

8. Cincinnati, Ohio/Covington, Ky. area

9. Lancaster, Pa.

10. Kansas City, Mo.
