Wichita area home prices rise 3.4 percent from a year ago
Wichita home prices increased 3.4 percent in November compared to November 2014, according to national real estate firm CoreLogic
In Kansas, the year-over-year gain was 2.8 percent.
The count includes distressed sales, such as short sales.
