North Kansas City realty trust buys Cross Creek complex in Wichita
Maxus Realty Trust, based in North Kansas City, Mo., has acquired the Cross Creek Apartments, a 256-unit complex in Wichita, according to a news release.
The real estate investment trust made the purchase for $14.9 million, according to the release. Maxus Realty invests in and develops properties in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Texas and Florida.
The Cross Creek complex is located off East 32nd Street North between Woodlawn and Rock in northeast Wichita. Maxus also owns the Berkshire Apartments near 21st Street and Tyler.
