Developers to host grand opening of third Cranbrook building

Occidental Management will host a grand opening of its third and largest office building at the Offices at Cranbrook, in northeast Wichita.

Occidental will host a formal opening of the 46,000-square-foot two-story building at 10111 E. 21st St. from 4 to 6 p.m. on July 15.

Construction of the $4.08 million building began in April 2014.

Spangenberg Phillips Tice was the architect, and Sauerwein Construction was the general contractor.

The Cranbrook office park comprises two smaller buildings, at 12,240 square feet and 10,800 square feet.

Construction on the park’s first building began in 2012.
