Real estate agents form new partnership to increase their business

Two Wichita real estate agents have formed a partnership that they hope will grow their home sales business.

Colby Reynolds and Larry Underhill have formed Underhill Reynolds & Associates, comprising the two agents as well as assistant Lawana Coleman and buyer’s agent Helen Brown.

“The main goal was to build the company up to provide better service, gain market share within the Wichita area and just grow our brand,” Reynolds said Tuesday. “We feel like with more hands helping we can sell more homes and provide better service.”

The partners will continue to be affiliated with Realty Executives of Wichita and work out of the brokerage’s offices at 10300 W. Central and 8100 E. 22nd North, Reynolds said.
