Why this is a good time to sell your house

Wichita-area home prices were 4.5 percent higher in March than in March 2016, according to CoreLogic.

Much of that move happened with the seasonal upswing in home shopping. The March price was up 2.2 percent in March over February.

Wichita, like the rest of the country, has a dramatic shortage of homes for sale compared to the demand from buyers, which has increased home prices.
