Kingman Country Club to be sold at auction
The Kingman Country Club, including its nine-hole golf course, is being offered at auction April 2.
McCurdy Auction, which is handling the sale, said in promotional material that the facilities include a clubhouse, a restaurant, banquet facilities and offices, equipment sheds and golf-cart garages. The sale also will include various landscaping equipment and golf carts. There will be no minimum bid set on the property, which was purchased by the Kansas Masonic Foundation in 2014.
The par-36 golf course sits on about 60 acres. It includes two par 3 holes, five par 4’s, and two par 5’s.
The restaurant includes seating for about 60, in addition to a bar area.
The property at 1155 N. Golf St. in Kingman will be open to prospective buyers from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. The April 2 auction is scheduled for noon, with the property open two hours before the sale is to start.
