T-Mobile renews lease on Wichita call center

T-Mobile has renewed its lease for its 69,287-square-foot office call center, 2525 N. Woodlawn, which is owned by Gladstone Commercial Corp.

The lease is in force through September 2022, according to Gladstone. The building was built to suit in 2000 for T-Mobile and provides attractive amenities for their employees.

Gladstone Commercial is a real estate investment trust focused on acquiring, owning and operating net leased industrial and office properties across the United States. It has 97 properties in 24 states, totaling approximately 11 million square feet.
