Duplexes coming to corner of 13th and 135th streets
Paul Kelsey of Kelsey Investments is building almost 40 duplexes on 10 acres he owns at the northwest corner of 13th and 135th streets.
There will be three bedrooms in 1,100 square feet on each side of the duplexes.
Each unit will have a two-car garage.
“Beautiful units,” Kelsey says. “Everybody will just love them.”
He says he’s built a number of the duplexes around Wichita and calls them “very livable.”
For now, Kelsey is calling the development Copper Gate Third Edition.
He also has about an acre and a half on the corner which he plans to develop for commercial use. That could be a convenience store or possibly offices.
