RibCrib working on west-side deal on South Ridge Road

Omaha-based PepperJax Grill isn’t the only restaurant chain eyeing the Ridge Road corridor south of Maple.

So is Tulsa-based RibCrib.

The barbecue restaurant, which also has a full bar, is working on a deal for space just south of Abuelo’s.

There’s a RibCrib in Derby, which a franchisee owns.

The Wichita RibCrib will be a corporate restaurant.

No one with the chain returned a call for comment.
