There’s another tenant for the new center in front of the SuperTarget at NewMarket Square.

That’s where Pie Five Pizza and Firehouse Subs already have opened.

Joining them will be Christine Pham’s new Signature Nails Spa.

“It’s not like a nail salon atmosphere,” says Pham, who says she’s “bringing my own vibe.”

“I feel like it’s going to be a little bit different.”

In addition to space for manicures and pedicures, Pham says she’ll have private rooms for waxing, facials, lash extensions and, eventually, massage.

Pham used to have four salons in Michigan and then two in Arizona.

“We decided to be closer to family,” she says. “We were kind of lonely.”

The salon will open in early March.

April Reed of Slawson Cos. handled the deal.

Reed says she’s close on another 1,300-square-foot lease for the 10,000-square-foot center.

That will leave one 2,400-square-foot space left to lease on the south end of the building.
