Wichita Center for the Arts to make Wednesday announcement
The southwest corner of 13th and Rock Road has long been one of the city’s most prime – if not the most prime – pieces of undeveloped land.
Perhaps not for long anymore.
The Wichita Center for the Arts is holding a news conference at the site at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
According to an invitation – hand delivered on a children’s paint set and accompanied by a miniature canvas – center director Katy Dorrah, board president Karla Fazio and honorary trustee Liz Koch will have “a special announcement as we paint our new future.”
