Twin Peaks franchisee Rusty Rathbun says he’ll have some news late this week on the status of his restaurants, one of which he shut down after Homeland Security Investigations seized his point-of-sale systems. That followed an investigation over the possible hiring of illegal immigrants.

The west-side Twin Peaks remains in business.
Rathbun says he’s waiting for some things to be finalized, and then he’ll share the news.
