Bradley Fair business opening late this summer has some recognizable owners

Last summer, when Have You Heard? reported that the Face Foundrie facial bar would be opening at Bradley Fair, there was one piece of missing information: Who is opening it?

It turns out it’s Hunter and Mallory Mitchem, who also have SweatHouz there and one that will open in June in a center at the northwest corner of 37th North and Ridge Road.

Hunter Mitchem said the brands are complementary in that they have similar clients, business models and real estate strategies.

He said Face Foundrie is “an elevated wellness beauty brand that I feel there’s a niche gap holistically.”

“It feels like you’re in a luxury facial spa but you get really quick service.”

All treatments are less than 60 minutes.

There are a variety of membership offers, which also include things like monthly member perks, specials and promotions and product discounts.

“It’s a very approachable membership model,” Mitchem said.

Face Foundrie franchisee Hunter Mitchem said the business has an open feel while still maintaining privacy for a one-on-one experience between customers and aestheticians.

The business will open late this summer between Victoria’s Secret and Lyndons.

The Minneapolis franchise is growing quickly. When Bradley Fair announced the store last year, there were not quite 60 stores nationally. This year, that number will top 100.

The Mitchems already have a couple of the businesses in Dallas.

They’ll start offering founding membership opportunities in June before an August grand opening.

Hunter Mitchem said a west-side Face Foundrie is “definitely in the realm of possibility” depending on how the first business goes.

“I think people will enjoy the experience.”
