There’s going to be some construction next to REI soon, so what’s coming next?
There’s going to be some new construction adjacent to the existing REI store at Greenwich Place, which likely will have shoppers wondering what’s coming next to the shopping center at K-96 and Greenwich.
It’s going to be a T-Mobile store.
According to a building permit the company recently filed with the city, the chain is spending $230,000 to update an existing 5,000-square-foot space for a new store.
The space didn’t previously have a tenant. It was a speculative building that Greenwich Place developers built.
Christi Royce of J.P. Weigand & Sons handled the deal.
Look for T-Mobile to open late this year.
