There’s a photo circulating on social media of the Park City property where Dennis Rader, better known as the serial killer BTK, used to live. It has some people wondering what’s going on there.

“Emphatically, absolutely nothing,” said Park City administrator Sean Fox.

Fox, known for his bluntness, said, “If I never heard those three initials again in my life, it would be the best thing for Park City.”

There’s some yellow storage equipment at the former residential site because the city, which owns the property, is doing a stormwater drainage project nearby. Fox said it’s a convenient place to stage the equipment.

Eventually, Fox said, the city will turn the property into a parking lot for Jardine Park, which is directly to its north.
