In addition to its new Delano office, this firm is now opening on the west side, too
Only a few months after opening its new headquarters in Delano, Lange Real Estate is opening a west-side satellite office.
The new office is at Maple and 135th West in the Kanza Bank building next to Ziggy’s Pizza and is designed to serve clients in west Wichita, Maize and Goddard.
The approximately 2,600 square feet the firm is taking there in phases this year will help with the expansion of its residential teams.
Late last year, Lange added the Stefanie Roth Team and Jessica Holle Team.
Lange now has 30 residential agents.
“It’s important to us not to just bring on numbers but to bring on the right fit for our team and our industry,” said president and supervising broker Rachel Lange-Mills.

She said that’s all about benefiting customers and putting them first.
According to a Lange news release, the Holle and Roth teams sold 149 properties for $42.6 million last year.
The two have almost two decades in the business, and Lange-Mills said their work has been impressive.
Some residential work will remain in Delano, where Lange has been based since October.
“We never wanted to take on too much office space,” Lange-Mills said.
She said the Delano office is working out well.
“We’ve enjoyed . . . being more centralized to the Wichita area.”
