Have water in your basement? This new company can help

In Wichita, there seems to be a never-ending need for basement repairs after water gets in, and now there’s a new company to help with that.

Virginia-based Groundworks has opened a new office at 2940 S. Minneapolis Ave. to provide water management help.

The company, which started in 2016, calls itself the “fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company” nationally, with more than 60 offices in 34 states.

Groundworks offers foundation, concrete and structural repairs along with basement waterproofing and treatment for crawl space moisture.

It also performs gutter installation and offers soil stabilizing for residential and commercial properties.

“With constantly growing demand for our services,” said founder and CEO Matt Malone in a statement, “strategic expansion into new markets enables us to serve a larger volume of customers with our highly trained local experts.”
