In addition to Albero Cafe having to move to make room for the redevelopment of Central and Oliver, so too does Papa Murphy’s.

The carryout take-and-bake pizza chain is moving from Central just east of Oliver to 3519 E. Central, which is a strip center where Hog Wild Pit Bar-B-Q is just east of Hillside.

No new plans have been announced for Central and Oliver yet, but they should be coming in a few months.

Albero Cafe owner Hassan Ballout still is looking for a new site for his restaurant, but Papa Murphy’s has had its new space picked out for a while.

So said a store employee, who prefers not to be named.

“We were supposed to move months ago, and we still haven’t moved,” the employee said.

Look for more information on the Papa Murphy’s and Albero Cafe moves as soon as it’s available along with the redevelopment news for the intersection.
