Chiropractor Ian Dopps creates health-focused center in Maize

Through his Cowskin Properties, chiropractor Ian Dopps has had an ownership in Eagle Point at 45th and Maize Road for a while.

Now, he’s acquired the entire 14,000-square-foot building and is renaming it Eagle Point Health to focus completely on health and well-being services.

“That is kind of cool because it’s the first in the whole area,” he says. “We’ve really needed to get a full spectrum of doctors here.”

The last couple of non-health-related businesses are moving out of the building, and Advanced Physical Therapy will be moving in.

It will join Maize Family Dentistry, Midwest Hearing Aids, Companion Animal Hospital, Evolve A Paul Mitchell Salon and Dopps Chiropractic.

Dopps says he’s looking for one more business.

“We’d like to pull in one more specialty,” he says. “A counselor would be awesome because of the number of kids who come through here.”

Dopps also plans to relandscape the property in addition to erecting a new sign.

“The sign is the big deal.”
